The Yin, cannot exist without the Yang

Sometimes we are so busy doing things that we don’t give ourselves the nurture we may really need. We feel a certain way and then force ourselves to get over it and be in a better mood because we have things to do. This limits the possibilities of us actually facing the emotions and clearing out what needs to be cleared. When you continue to put your feelings or thoughts that are not conducive to physical activity to the side because you don’t have “time” for them, they just continue to persist and pile up. Why not value your well-being by giving yourself that space to just be with your head and heart for a while and release that built up energy.

A lot of times we rather escape our “issues”. We do this through work, partying, friends, etc., but we will not find our answers through exterior influences. I mean anyway, wouldn’t you rather go out and have fun just for the simple idea of going out and having fun and not because you don’t want to deal with something? Something meaning yourself?

The saying “think positive” shouldn’t mean it’s the only emotion you are allowed to think. Our “other” emotions aren’t meant to be seen as the opposite of positive, or the darker feelings. All emotions are in the same whirl pull of emotions and the source of it all is love. Each trial and tribulation, anger and heartbreak, were all just an answer to another question, a lessoned learned, an experience given. We are not meant to live on this earth to struggle and go through challenges. We are meant to experience, learn, and grow as individuals.

Sometimes we may not always be feeling our best or feeling super happy every day, and that’s okay.  We are learning.  The more emotional blocks you clear; the lighter your life will become. More of your emotions will naturally become happier ones because you've been through the levels of knowing what your darkest thoughts were and you gained awareness from them. Once you've gained awareness of something there is no way of unknowing it. Your perception of anger and sadness is transformed. So every time you are faced with what others may perceive as a challenge, you look at it and smile, knowing it’s just another opportunity to learn something new about yourself.

The Yin, cannot exist without the Yang.

It is all love.
